If it’s your calf or ankle that is tight, you are putting your knee, hip back and even shoulder at risk for injury. The lack of mobility in the calf and ankle can lead to pain, poor positioning, and pain from poor positioning. Loosen up those ankles, calves and feet and you’ll find it’s easier to touch your toes, squat and more!
